After nearly 12 weeks of being sidelined with a broken hand, I’m finally ready to make my return to the game. During this time I have been working extremely hard to ensure that I return to play with the same level of confidence in my health and ability as I had prior to my injury. In order to help get me back into game shape, I enlisted the help of my personal trainer Jay Nichols, who flew to Ukraine to work me out in the two weeks leading up to my return.
