Eight weeks after breaking my hand, I am finally out of my cast and back on the court doing more basketball specific activity. Unfortunately, my hand isn’t quite ready for any impact, and can only handle minimal weight right now. For now I am limited to exercises that will increase my range of motion, as well as build back the muscles in my hand and arm. I feel blessed to be making improvements every day and continue to look forward to my return to live action. Here’s a look at my workouts from the past week…I consider playing in the pool a workout too! #RoadToRecovery
